The Animal Care Shelter for Kent County participates in and hosts events throughout the year that support animal welfare and strengthen our community connections. From adoption events and fundraisers to local festivals and outreach opportunities, each appearance allows us to share our mission, connect with supporters, and advocate for the animals in our care. The Animal Care Shelter for Kent County is proud to participate in a wide range of community events throughout the year. Whether you are organizing a festival, school program, corporate gathering, fundraiser, or local celebration, our team may be able to attend in a variety of ways — including bringing adoptable animals (when appropriate), providing educational outreach, sharing community resources, hosting an informational booth, or partnering in creative ways to support animal welfare.
